Pręty z węglika wolframu do frezów i wierteł o stabilnej wysokiej jakości
1. Pręty z węglika wolframu są formowane w prasie przez formowanie lub wytłaczanie.
2. Pręty z węglika wolframu są spiekane w niskociśnieniowym zintegrowanym piecu do spiekania, dzięki czemu ogólna wydajność jest wysoka.
3. Szorstki okrągły pręt z węglika wolframu i kobaltu lub zewnętrzną średnicę okrągłego pręta można udoskonalić i polerować zgodnie z dowolną tolerancją. Typowe tolerancje to h5,h6, -0,005 itd., a końcowe fazowanie prętów węglikowych może być również obrabiane.
4. Pręty karbidowe nadają się do obróbki stali ogólnej, żeliwa, stali nierdzewnej, stali żaroodpornej, na bazie niklu i stopu tytanu. Zalecany do uniwersalnych materiałów narzędziowych z węglików spiekanych, takich jak wiertła kręte, frezy palcowe, gwintowniki i wiertła lufowe.

1.Tungsten carbide blanks production
